The Woodbridge Subdivision in Evans of Columbia County was established in the early 1970’s as a “pool and tennis” community.

The covered bridge found at the entry to Woodbridge is easily the neighborhood’s most recognizable feature. After being destroyed by a flood in 1990, Woodbridge Subdivision’s namesake was rebuilt in 1992 and serves as the focal point for the community decorations during the holiday seasons! The Woodbridge Subdivision is located in Evans, Ga. off of Washington Road, with two entrances. The North entrance is Woodbridge Drive and the South Entrance is Rocky Branch Lane.
If you enjoy fishing, sailing, kayaking or canoeing, then the Woodbridge Subdvision of Evans is the neighborhood for you! Woodbridge encompasses a 24 acre stocked lake containing bluegill, shellcracker, crappie, catfish and largemouth bass! The waterfront homesites are private property, but the lake is bordered by two common areas offering lake access to all residents. These lake common areas can be found adjacent to Woodbridge Drive and along the dam.
